        Our services:

        4. Therapy, Counselling & Coaching Relationship

          Engaging in therapy, counselling, coaching or hypnotherapy is a collaborative process.

          • Responsibility for decisions and actions remains with you
          • Therapy and coaching require active participation

          5. Hypnotherapy Services & Audio Recordings

          Hypnotherapy Sessions

          Hypnotherapy is a guided therapeutic process. You remain aware and in control at all times.

          Hypnotherapy Audio Recordings (Free or Paid)

          By accessing hypnotherapy recordings, you agree that:

          • They are not medical treatment
          • They do not diagnose or cure conditions
          • They must not be used while driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks requiring full attention
          • Effects vary between individuals
          • They are complementary wellbeing tools

          Use of hypnotherapy recordings is entirely at your own discretion and responsibility.

          6. Digital Downloads (Audio & Documents)

          All digital downloads are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

          You may not:

          • Copy, reproduce or redistribute content
          • Share downloads with third parties
          • Sell, licence, adapt or modify content

          7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

          Payment terms for therapy, coaching or hypnotherapy services will be communicated at the time of booking.

          Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be chargeable in line with the booking terms provided.

          Digital Products

          Due to the nature of digital content:

          • All digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or delivered

          8. Newsletter & Educational Content

          Newsletter and educational content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

          It does not constitute:

          The RISE Framework™ is a proprietary and trademarked framework belonging to Elizabeth Platt Therapy & Coaching.

          Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right or permission to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, teach, or commercially exploit the RISE Framework™ or any related materials without prior written consent.

          Unauthorised use of the RISE Framework™ or associated materials may result in legal action.
